(Allium ophioscorodon) This garlic, without a doubt, this is one of the hardiest porcelain varieties. Azores is a very large growing plant, producing 4-6 cloves/bulb with incredibly strong garlic flavour similar to Music (medium heat, rich flavour) but longer lasting. Stores for up to 8 months if cured well.
